ANMA PASSES SANITATION BYE-LAWS.The Ayawaso North Municipal Assembly on the 12th day of July, 2021 passed a Sanitation Bye Law for the Municipality.
The bye law which deals with the cleaning of frontage of Residential, Private, Public and Commercial buildings is aimed at keeeping the Municipality clean.
It states that, the responsibility of cleaning the frontage of a building is the sole responsibility of the owner or occupier of the building. Failure to abide by the Bye-Law will result in the Assembly take up the cleaning and surcharge the owner or occupier and or the owner or occupier will be Prosecuted.
It was unanimously approved by the members of the Assembly..
